Status: Under consideration.

Canadian Forum

Goal: Conduct periodic forums for Canadian agencies to highlight existing and emerging issues and processes in the Columbia Basin.

Status: The forum was most recently held in May 2007 in Cranbrook.

Canadian Uses of Columbia River

Goal: Determine how the Canadian portions of the Columbia and Kootenay Rivers are presently used; learn the interests and values people have in relation to the Canadian portion of the rivers; determine the impacts of the identified uses; and determine how the impacts may be addressed.

Centre of Knowledge

Goal: Develop a virtual library that is a repository of information on the Columbia Basin in Canada and the United States.
